2.  Can you work within a certain budget? 

Yes, we work within all realistic budgets. We will speak with you on your plans, goals and vision to help us plan your vacation / excursion. 


3. How do travel agents get paid and will I be charged extra for using a travel agent?

Travel agents are compensated by the vendors/resorts directly. We do not charge any extra fees to our clients. 


4. Do you book group travel?

Yes we book group travel all the time. From family reunions, cruises, birthdays, any type of celebration, we will take care of all the details for you so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.


5.  Where can I find my itinerary once my trip is confirmed and booked?

We will send all communication from the beginning to the end of your trip through our secure booking site. Since we are directly connected to vendors’ inventory systems (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, cars, rail, etc.), you will also be able to retrieve your information on their unique client sites.


6. Will you be available during my vacation?

Yes! We will be available for you to answer any questions and help address any issues/concerns that may arise. You can also contact us at any time. We are committed to providing you the best service possible before, during, and after your vacation. 


7.  Do I need travel insurance?

YES! In today’s travel world – travel insurance is highly recommended. There are many reasons to get travel insurance: peace of mind and safety are just two. Of course, no one likes to spend more money, but the truth is anything can happen before and when you’re traveling, and it’s a good idea to be protected just in case. 8. What are the passport requirements to travel internationally? 

Some countries require that your passport be valid at least six months beyond the dates of your trip. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met.Also, you will need 1-2 blank pages depending on the country you are visiting.


9. When is the best time to contact a travel agent?

As soon as you are serious about planning your trip. The sooner, the better. Whether it’s last minute or planned 18 months in advance, the more time you can give us, the better! 

You’ll need to be sure of a few details such as the dates (or date range) you wish to travel, the number of people in your travel party including the ages of any children going with you, your anticipated budget, and an idea of what you’d like to experience. As your travel agent, I will be happy to recommend specifics based on the information you provide. 

The one thing every travel professional will ask is that you are serious about the trip you are asking us to plan. Everyone loves to daydream about exotic and luxurious travel, but we dedicate significant time to each itinerary. No matter how far out the travel dates are, we respectfully ask that you only ask us to begin planning for travel you intend to book soon.
